Moodzone from the NHS: Gives advice to parents about what to do if they are worried about their child.
Childnet: Provides different information on digital wellbeing for different age groups.
NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service: Contains a variety of information on different mental health conditions and gives details of other helpful websites and apps.
Young Minds: A national UK charity for young people and mental health. Contains lots of information and support on mental health conditions.
Charlie Waller Memorial Trust: Set up in memory of a young man who took his own life whilst suffering from depression. Their website has lots of resources, including a series of helpful webinars on various mental health and wellbeing topics.
Minded: Mental Health E-Learning for parents and professionals.
Papyrus: Committed to the prevention of young suicide. Resources for teenagers and young adults and their parents and friends and a “Hopeline” (0800 068 4141) for anybody who is feeling suicidal or worried about somebody else.
Mental Health Self-Help Guides: Short booklets on various topics including a range of anxiety problems and depression. Booklets are mainly aimed at adults but provide clear and simple strategies.
