7 November 2018:  BLUESTAR 8 AND 9 TIMETABLE CHANGES

There are some minor timetable changes to Bluestar 8 & 9 which take effect from Monday 12 November 2018.  Please find below new timetables.  These can also be found on the Bluestar website.

A quick summary of the changes:

  • Morning journeys on Bluestar 8 and 9 from Calshot/Fawley/Langley/Blackfield/Holbury/Netley View are revised.  The 08:11 Bluestar 9 arrival at Applemore Tesco will now be worked by a double decker vehicle to reflect demand on this journey.
  • Afternoon 15:23 Bluestar 8 from Applemore College to Calshot will no longer divert into the College.  This bus will instead serve Applemore Tesco at 15:23.  Students for Holbury/Blackfield/Fawley are strongly advised to catch the double decker 509 which is unchanged from inside the College grounds.
  • Passengers for Calshot should continue to use Bluestar 8 from Applemore Tesco.

There are no changes to 509/538/539 College buses.  Bluestar 8 buses from Marchwood have very minor timing tweaks to improve reliability.

26 September 2018:  BUS PASS UPDATE

If you have applied for a bus pass and your child has not received it then please make contact with HCC School Transport using the contact details above.  We have been advised that missing bus passes will be ordered free of charge if the Team are made aware of this before half-term.  Any missing bus passes reported to the Team after half-term will be ordered subject to a late application charge.
