Hampshire CAMHS (Child Adolescent Mental Health Services)

You can contact them for advice on all things related to your mental health. If you are already working with CAMHS, you can also call them if you need some further support.


They also have an online service for those in crisis – just click through using the red button in the top right hand side of the home page.


Young people using the site are able to access a range of support services including one-to-one counselling sessions, discussing issues with your peers through online discussion boards, reading and contributing to self-help content and recording your feelings via journals and goal trackers. The online nature of Kooth means that you can access help in a way that is most suitable for you, at a time that is convenient for you, 365 days of the year

Hampshire Youth Access (Youth Counselling)

This website has some great resources for parents and young people ranging from grief, dealing with emotions and general advice on your health and well-being.

This a service specifically for young people affected by bereavement.

Yellow Door

Yellow Door specialize in helping those affected by domestic or sexual abuse.

They have currently suspended all face to face appointments but are still offering support via their website or phone lines.
