Complaints Procedure

Our intention is always to have excellent informal contact and good communication with our community, the complaints policy and procedure is in place to ensure the highest quality of service, in line with DfE and Hampshire County Council policy. It is hoped that parents, carers or other complainants would approach staff informally in the first instance. The complaints' policy is attached below. However, wherever possible, we would ask that matters are resolved informally first by contacting the following people:

Subject Teacher                             Subject issue related to individual student

Head of Department                   Subject issue of a general nature

Head of Year                                     A number of different issues related to a student

Pastoral Co-ordinator               General pastoral issues

Assistant Headteacher              Curriculum issues
